Very expected game when 10th ranked Tartu (6-14) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Rapla (11-8) 76-70. Rapla outrebounded Tartu 37-24 including 24 on the defensive glass. American point guard Brandon Childress (183-97, college: Wake Forest) notched 25 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and American-Nigerian Al-Wajid Aminu (201-98, college: N.Florida) supported him with 13 points and 8 rebounds. Even 20 points by Hendrik Eelmae (200-0) did not help to save the game for Tartu. American center Emmanuel Wembi (203-97, college: Lenoir-Rhyne) added 16 points for lost side. Rapla maintains sixth position with 11-8 record. Tartu lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 14 games lost. Rapla will play against higher ranked Kalev/Cramo (#3) in Tallinn in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Tartu will play at home against Tarvas (#7) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
