Worth to mention a great performance of guard Sofia Frustaci (176-1) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Elena Ramo (183-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. French Angelina Turmel (198-96, agency: Basket Promotion Agency) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and forward Beatrice Olajide (180-98, agency: LBM Management) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Brescia. Four Ponte Bugg. and five Brescia players scored in double figures. Brescia's coach Stefano Zanardi tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Ponte Bugg. maintains seventh place in A2 with 10-7 record. Newly promoted Brescia still keeps top position with three games lost. Ponte Bugg. are looking forward to face Livorno (#11) on the road in the next round. Brescia will play against La Spezia (#6) and is hoping to win this game.
