Regular Season Round 19: Ramat Hash. - H.Afula 70-71

A very interesting game took place in Ramat Hasharon. It ended with only one-point home defeat of 11th ranked Hasharon (5-9) to ninth ranked H.Afula (6-4) 71-70 on Tuesday evening. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Jimmy Hall (203-94, college: Kent St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Keron DeShields (190-92, college: Tennessee St., agency: SLN) contributed with 24 points for the winners. Point guard JeQuan Lewis (186-94, college: VCU) answered with 21 points and forward Christian Cunningham (201-97, college: JSU) added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Hasharon. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. H.Afula moved-up to eighth place. Hasharon at the other side keeps the eleventh position with nine games lost. H.Afula's next round opponent will be higher ranked H.Galilee (#5) in Kazrin and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hasharon will play on the road against H.Ramat Gan (#6) in Givataim and hope to win that game.
