The game in Nokia supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Kauhajoki (15-4) played at the court of 5th ranked Nokia (10-9). Kauhajoki smashed Nokia 99-75 on Saturday. Kauhajoki dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Nokia's 38. They outrebounded Nokia 53-27 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for American TJ Holyfield (203-95, college: Texas Tech) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). The former international forward Okko Jarvi (193-96, agency: Blacktop Management) helped adding 17 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Kauhajoki players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Gokul Natesan (196-94, college: Colorado Mines, agency: Haylett Sports) with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and the former international point guard Antero Lehto (185-84) scored 17 points and 5 assists. Kauhajoki have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain second place with 15-4 record having just three points less than leader Seagulls, which they share with Pyrinto. Nokia lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with nine games lost. They share it with Lahti. Kauhajoki will meet at home Pyrinto (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Nokia will play against Kobrat in Lapua and hope to secure a win.
