Valle de Egues outrebounded Zarautz 29-18 including 24 on the defensive glass. The best for the losing side was point guard Inigo de-la-Hera (185-99) with 7 points and Estanislao Andres (185-90) scored 8 points. Zarautz's coach Jokin Collantes rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Valle de Egues have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place in Group A-A. Newly promoted Zarautz dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. Valle de Egues will face Solares (#8) on the road in the next round. Zarautz will play against Goierri and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
