There was a minor upset when 4th placed Petah Tikva (7-8) was defeated at home by seventh ranked M.Haifa (7-8) 71-64 on Thursday. American players dominated the game. Forward Nia Coffey (185-95, college: Northwestern, agency: LBM Management) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and guard Feyonda Fitzgerald (170-95, college: Temple, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 19 points and 5 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line).
