Regular Season Round 21: H.Ramat Gan - Ramat Hash. 76-70

Rather predictable result when seventh ranked H.Ramat Gan (9-7) won against 10th ranked Hasharon (6-10) in Givataim 76-70 on Sunday. H.Ramat Gan forced 19 Hasharon turnovers. It was a good game for American power forward Jeremy Combs (199-95, college: Texas Southern) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Gil Noyovitch (184-1) contributed with 14 points for the winners. American forward Christian Cunningham (201-97, college: JSU) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and Gil Amitay (198-89) added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Hasharon. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for H.Ramat Gan. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with E.Netanya. Loser Hasharon keeps the tenth position with ten games lost. H.Ramat Gan will face M.Kiryat Motzkin (#14) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Hasharon will play against I.Ramat Gan (#7) and hope to win that game.
