Very expected game in Huelva where 6th ranked Penarroya (5-7) was rolled over by second ranked Enrique Benitez (9-1) 101-69 on Sunday. Enrique Benitez dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Penarroya's 34. They outrebounded Penarroya 52-30 including a 21-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Enrique Benitez looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Federico Ristori (194-96) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. American center Jarek Schetzle (213-97, college: E.Oregon) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Five Enrique Benitez players scored in double figures. American Blake Terry (-94) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and swingman Jose Varo (193-93) added 15 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Enrique Benitez. Despite that victory Enrique Benitez went down to third position due to points difference. Newly promoted Penarroya keeps the sixth place with seven games lost. Enrique Benitez will have a break next round. Penarroya will play at home against Torta del Casar (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
