Regular Season Round 24: Urania MI - Udine 53-67
Date: March 7, 2021
Another interesting game for Udine (12-8) which played on the court of Milano (11-9). Third ranked Udine had an easy win 67-53. Udine players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Nana Foulland (208-95, college: Bucknell) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 8 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and the former international forward Michele Antonutti (205-86) who added 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Udine players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Wayne Langston (201-93, college: Murray St., agency: Alti Sport) with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Tommaso Raspino (199-89, agency: Players Group) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Udine maintains third position with 12-8 record having just one point less than leader Tortona. Milano at the other side keeps the fourth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Treviglio. Udine will play against league's leader Tortona on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Milano will play against Orzinuovi and hopes to get back on the winning track.
