The game with biggest result difference took place in Hafnarfjordur. Local Haukar (9-4) outscored 8th ranked KR (1-12) 120-77. The game without a history. Haukar led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to KR's 38. Haukar forced 23 KR turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 36 assists. It was a good game for the former international forward Sara Hinriksdottir (185-96, college: Canisius) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 16 rebounds. International swingman Briet Hinriksdottir (181-96) contributed with 34 points (!!!) for the winners. Four Haukar players scored in double figures. Finnish forward Annika Holopainen (185-93, college: ODU) answered with 44 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) and center Eyglo Oskarsdottir (194-1) added 9 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for KR. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Haukar maintains third place with 9-4 record behind leader Valur. KR lost their fourth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. Haukar will play against Skallagrimur (#5) in Borganes in the next round. KR will play on the road against the league's second-placed Keflavik to get more than just one victory in their record.
