Semi-Finals Game 2: Horsholm - Amager 64-74
Date: March 24, 2021
Amager upset Horsholm on the road to force decider. The game was mostly controlled by Amager. Horsholm was better in third quarter 20-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international guard Anna Seilund (174-93, college: USF) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and Canadian center Angela Ribarich (196-97, college: Ottawa, agency: DC Sports) supported her with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Five Amager players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 21 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists by international forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) did not help to save the game for Horsholm. International forward Anne Pedersen (182-92, college: LSU) added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Horsholm's coach Jesper Rasmussen rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.
