An interesting game took place in Limoges where higher ranked Limoges CSP Elite (7-8) was upset on its own court by thirteenth ranked Chorale de Roanne (7-9) 86-62 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Limoges CSP Elite. Chorale de Roanne dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Limoges CSP Elite's 16. American swingman Ronald March (196-93, college: Philander Smith) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Steeve Ho You Fat (202-88) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. March is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Chorale de Roanne players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Kenneth Smith (191-93, college: Louisiana Tech) with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international Hugo Invernizzi (198-93) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Chorale de Roanne have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Chalon. Defending champion Limoges CSP Elite dropped to the ninth position with eight games lost. Chorale de Roanne will face higher ranked Le Mans (#8) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
