There was no surprise in Rosh Pina where 10th ranked Bnei Hasharon (7-15) was defeated by sixth ranked Galil Gilboa (13-7) 92-78. American forward Kerry Blackshear Jr (208-97, college: Florida) notched 16 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and international point guard Yiftah Ziv (191-95, agency: Avi Zilberman) supported him with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Galil Gilboa players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by American forward Coty Clarke (201-92, college: Arkansas) did not help to save the game for Bnei Hasharon. His fellow American import power forward Terell Parks (205-91, college: W.Illinois, agency: Octagon Europe) added 16 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Galil Gilboa moved-up to fourth place. Bnei Hasharon lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with 15 games lost. Galil Gilboa's next round opponent will be Hapoel Tel-Aviv (#11) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Bnei Hasharon will play against Hapoel Tel-Aviv and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
