Regular Season Round 21: Nanterre - Limoges 68-66

A very interesting game took place in Nanterre. It ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 7th ranked Limoges (9-10) to ninth ranked Nanterre (8-6) 68-66 on Saturday evening. Nanterre forced 29 Limoges turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Power forward Victor Wembanyama (219-4) nailed 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and Jules Bravin (202-1) accounted for 17 points and 4 assists. Nanterre's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. DR Congolese Yasmin Mambo (205-2) came up with 15 points and 9 rebounds and guard Camille Jean (188-2) added 15 points, 6 assists and 5 steals respectively for Limoges in the defeat. Four Limoges players scored in double figures. Nanterre moved-up to eighth place. Limoges at the other side keeps the seventh position with ten games lost. Nanterre's next round opponent will be Gravelines (#14) on the road which should be theoretically an easy game.
