Very expected game when 10th ranked Dafni Agioy (1-8) was smashed by fourth ranked PAOK (7-2) in Athens 83-55. PAOK dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Dafni Agioy's 26. They outrebounded Dafni Agioy 39-22 including a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. PAOK players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was a great evening for American Stephanie Madden (186-88, college: Langston) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds. Her fellow American import swingman Nukiya Mayo (190-98, college: Towson) helped adding 20 points and 11 rebounds. PAOK had such big advantage that coach Vasileios Maslarinos felt comfortable to give the chance to play for 11 players saving starting five for next games. Point guard Lilia Karakasidou (165-1) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and American guard Cassidy Mihalko (180-95, college: CBU) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for PAOK. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Chania. Dafni Agioy lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with eight games lost. They share it with Niki Lefkadas.
