Rather predictable result when ninth ranked Ragusa (8-11) edged on the road 12th ranked Piadena (5-13) 67-64 on Sunday. Forward Mattia Mastroianni (203-94) had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Giovanni Ianelli (190-0) chipped in 18 points during the contest. Ragusa's coach Antonio Bocchino used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was swingman Riccardo Chinellato (198-0, agency: Players Group) with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Edoardo Giovara (200-93) scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Ragusa moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 6 other teams. Piadena lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth position with 13 games lost.
