Semi-Finals Game 2: Bochum - Muenster 97-86

Bochum topped Muenster to secure the Finals berth. SparkassenStars forced 25 Muenster turnovers. 32 personal fouls committed by Muenster helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Point guard Niklas Geske (188-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 30 points, 6 assists and 6 steals (was perfect 11-for-11 from the free throw line !!!). Lars Kamp (190-96) contributed with 22 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four SparkassenStars players scored in double figures. Cosmo Gruehn (201-98) replied with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Marck Coffin (193-91, college: Idaho Coll.) added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Muenster. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
