Not a big story in a game when 8th ranked Valladolid (4-13) was defeated on the road by third ranked Granada (12-5) 90-85. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Granada made 29-of-35 charity shots (82.9 percent) during the game, while Valladolid only scored ten points from the stripe. 29 personal fouls committed by Valladolid helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Granada have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Breogan and Coruna. Valladolid lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 13 games lost. Granada's next round opponent will be Oviedo (#5) on the road. Valladolid will play against Palma and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
