Very predictable result when fifth ranked SIG Strasbourg (17-7) outscored at home 15th ranked Gravelines-Dunkerque (9-18) 83-64. SIG Strasbourg players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a very good performance for forward Leopold Cavaliere (203-96) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. American Bonzie Colson Jr (198-96, college: Notre Dame) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Four SIG Strasbourg players scored in double figures. SIG Strasbourg's coach Lassi Tuovi allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Moroccan-Belgian center Khalid Boukichou (208-92) answered with 24 points and American point guard Briante Weber (188-92, college: VCU) added 14 points and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) in the effort for Gravelines-Dunkerque.
