Regular Season Round 33: Monaco - Le Mans 75-52

Very predictable result when second ranked Monaco (22-4) smashed at home 7th ranked Le Mans (15-13) 75-52. Monaco forced 24 Le Mans turnovers. It was a good game for power forward Damien Inglis (204-95, agency: BeoBasket) who led his team to a victory with 9 points and 12 rebounds. American-Bulgarian point guard Dee Bost (188-89, college: MSU) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Monaco's coach Zvezdan Mitrovic felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Naturalized American guard Terry Tarpey (195-94, college: William & Mary) answered with 13 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Valentin Bigote (195-92) added 12 points in the effort for Le Mans. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Monaco. Defending champion maintains second place with 22-4 record behind leader Dijon. Le Mans lost their third game in a row. They keep the seventh position with 13 games lost. Monaco's next round opponent will be Chalons-Reims (#12) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Le Mans will play against Entente Orleans 45 (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
