Regular Season Round 2: Kauhajoki - Vilpas 99-85

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Vilpas on the court of Kauhajoki. Visitors were defeated by Kauhajoki 99-85. The game without a history. Kauhajoki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Americans were the main players on the court. Guard Marcus LoVett Jr (183-96, college: St.John's) added 24 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Vilpas' coach Sami Toiviainen rotated ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Kauhajoki will play against Kobrat in Lapua in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Vilpas will play on the road against Korihait in Uusikaupunki to get more than just one victory in their record.
