This time Celta Zorka used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Caceres 77-65 on Tuesday night. The winners were led by Russian power forward Maria Davydova (190-93, college: FIU) who scored that evening 19 points and Haitian swingman Jessica Fequiere (180-93, college: Albany) supported her with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Four Celta Zorka players scored in double figures. Even 9 points and 7 rebounds by Concepcion Sanchez (-0) did not help to save the game for Al-Qazeres. Swingman Patricia Vicente (176-98) added 10 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Celta Zorka (2-2) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Granada and Estepona. Loser Al-Qazeres dropped to the eleventh position with three games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
