An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Boras. Top-ranked SBBK faced 4th ranked Boras Basket. Guests from Sodertalje (4-0) defeated host Boras Basket (2-3) 84-75. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Boras Basket. They outrebounded Boras Basket 41-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for the former international forward Anton Gaddefors (200-89) who led his team to a victory with 14 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Uros Cigoja (198-98) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. SBBK's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Skyler Flatten (198-95, college: S.Dakota St.) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Derreck Brooks Jr (198-94, college: Cent Arkansas) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Boras Basket. Five SBBK and four Boras Basket players scored in double figures. SBBK have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Boras Basket at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Umea and Koping Stars. SBBK will play against league's leader KFUM Jamtland in Ostersund in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Boras Basket will play on the road against Umea and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
