No shocking result in a game when leader Almeria (3-0) beat at home 7th ranked El Pinar (1-2) 85-71 on Sunday. Point guard Luis Rueda (186-96) nailed a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winning side and forward Juan Miguel Molina (195-0) accounted for 17 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Four Almeria players scored in double figures. Naturalized Brazilian guard Carlinhos Cobos (193-88) came up with 18 points and guard Guillermo Lopez (187-96) added 19 points respectively for El Pinar in the defeat. El Pinar's coach rotated ten players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Almeria. They keep a position of Group D-A leader, which they share with Novaschool. Loser El Pinar keeps the seventh place with two games lost. They share the position with Oh!Tels ULB and Benahavis.
