But Pesaro was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Tortona 90-81 on Sunday night. Worth to mention a great performance of American point guard Chris Wright (185-89, college: Georgetown) who helped to win the game recording 24 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and the other American import power forward Tyler Cain (204-88, college: S.Dakota) who added 5 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Tortona's coach Marco Ramondino used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side international guard Matteo Tambone (192-94) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian Carlos Delfino (198-82) scored 14 points and 4 steals.
