Regular Season Round 3: SE Utd - DSN Riga 40-67

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Estonian SE Utd (0-1) in Tartu on Sunday night. Hosts were rolled over by Latvian DSN Riga (2-3) 67-40. The game was mostly controlled by DSN Riga. SE Utd managed to win fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding SE Utd to just 7 points in first quarter. DSN Riga forced 27 SE Utd turnovers. It was a great evening for forward Edijs Zacs who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Marius Kudriasovas helped adding 16 points and 4 steals. The best for the losing side was forward Ainsoo with 10 points and 6 rebounds and forward Reivelt scored 6 points and 7 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
