Undefeated leader Campobasso delivered the fourth consecutive victory on Sunday night. This time they crushed 11th ranked Sassari (1-3) 94-59. Campobasso dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Sassari's 40. They outrebounded Sassari 42-24 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Campobasso looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The game was dominated by American players. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Reshanda Gray (190-93, college: California) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds and guard Robyn Parks (185-92, college: VCU) who added 14 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Campobasso players scored in double figures. Campobasso's coach Domenico Sabatelli felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Jessica Shepard (193-96, college: Notre Dame) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and guard Maggie Lucas (178-91, college: Penn St.) scored 18 points. Campobasso have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record, which they share with Schio and Venezia.
