Date: October 24, 2021
There was no surprise when 10th ranked Faenza (1-3) was defeated at home by top-ranked Schio (4-0) 70-54 on Sunday. Strangely Faenza outrebounded Schio 47-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. Four Schio players scored in double figures. Schio's coach Georgios Dikeoulakos used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Nigerian forward Pallas Kunaiyi-Akpanah (188-97, college: Northwestern, agency: LBM Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 22 rebounds and point guard Rosa Cupido (166-92) scored 12 points.
