Regular Season Round 3: Torino - Crema 45-95

Everything went according to plan when Crema (3-0) outleveled on the road Torino (0-3) 95-45 on Sunday. Crema dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Torino's 22. Crema forced 28 Torino turnovers and outrebounded them 45-29 including 31 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Torino's players. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Raelin DAlie (159-87, college: Wisconsin, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory scoring 15 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. Power forward Alice Nori (183-93) helped adding 12 points and 10 rebounds. Five Crema players scored in double figures. Crema's coach Mirco Diamanti felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was swingman Agnese Bevolo (175-2) with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international center Eva Giauro (204-86) scored 9 points and 13 rebounds. Crema will meet Vicenza (#14) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Torino will play against Alpo in Verona and hopes to get finally their first victory.
