Regular Season Round 4: Coruna - Palma 76-70

No shocking result in a game when thirteenth ranked Coruna (2-2) beat at home bottom-ranked Palma (0-4) 76-70 on Sunday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The winners were led by American forward Nick Ward (203-97, college: Michigan St.) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and British forward Ashley Hamilton (201-88, college: LMU) supported him with 13 points and 9 rebounds. Even a double-double of 11 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists by Argentinian Maximo Fjellerup (196-97) did not help to save the game for Palma. Point guard Pol Figueras (187-98) added 16 points and 5 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
