The game in Umea supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (7-1) played at the court of 8th ranked Umea (2-6). Norrkoping Dolphins smashed Umea 103-78 on Friday. Norrkoping Dolphins dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Umea's 36. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Canadian Jackson Rowe (201-97, college: CS Fullerton) stepped up and scored 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and international Nathan Dawit (192-94, agency: Players Group) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Norrkoping Dolphins players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Jamaican-American forward Willesley Butler (203-96, college: UAB) with 14 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and forward Emil Haglund (201-96) scored 16 points. Umea's coach Boris Balibrea gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Norrkoping Dolphins. Defending champion maintains second place with 7-1 record behind leader Jamtland. Umea lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the eighth position with six games lost. Norrkoping Dolphins will meet bottom-ranked Fryshuset (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Umea will play against BC Lulea and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
