Regular Season Round 6: Roanne - Cholet 105-81

Bottom-ranked Chorale de Roanne managed to get a second victory, breaking the two-game losing streak on Friday night. This time they outleveled tenth-ranked Cholet Basket 105-81. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 24-point difference suggests that Chorale de Roanne is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. Five Chorale de Roanne and four Cholet Basket players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Chorale de Roanne (2-4) moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Cholet Basket. Chorale de Roanne is looking forward to face higher ranked SIG Strasbourg (#5) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Cholet Basket will play against Le Mans (#4) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
