Regular Season Round 8: Borisfen - SDUSHOR 119-38

Bottom-ranked SDUSHOR (0-8) is still winless. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they lost on the road their eighth consecutive match to second ranked Borisfen (7-1) 119-38 on Wednesday evening. The game without a history. Borisfen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding SDUSHOR to just 5 points in first quarter. Borisfen held SDUSHOR to an opponent 21.9 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Borisfen forced 27 SDUSHOR turnovers and outrebounded them 51-34 including 18 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 40 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by SDUSHOR's players. They maintain second position with 7-1 record behind leader Tsmoki II. Loser SDUSHOR still closes the standings with eight games lost. Borisfen will meet at home league's leader Tsmoki II in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
