Regular Season Round 4: Kutaisi - Batumi 92-82

Very expected game when 9th ranked Batumi (1-3) was defeated on the road by top-ranked Kutaisi (3-0) 92-82 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Kutaisi. Batumi managed to win fourth quarter 20-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kutaisi dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Batumi's 36 and made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. International power forward Giorgi Korsantia (207-98) fired 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American point guard Adrian Bowie (189-89, college: Maryland, agency: BIG) chipped in 15 points. Kutaisi's coach Kote Tugushi used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
