Very predictable result in Inowroclaw where first ranked Notec Inowr. (7-1) outscored bottom-ranked Chelmno (0-8) 101-79 on Saturday. Notec Inowr. forced 20 Chelmno turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-90) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals and Mikolaj Grod (194-89) who added 18 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Four Notec Inowr. players scored in double figures. Notec Inowr.'s coach Piotr Wisniewski felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Lukasz Mirolewicz (196-95) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and guard Mateusz Ziolkowski (194-1) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Notec Inowr. maintains first position in Group A with 7-1 record. Loser Chelmno still closes the standings with eight games lost. Notec Inowr. will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Chelmno will play against Tarnovia (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
