Regular Season Round 8: Bielsko-Biala - Przemysl 82-65

Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Przemysl (2-4) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Bielsko-Biala (6-2) 82-65 on Saturday. Bielsko-Biala outrebounded Przemysl 47-29 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Wojciech Zub (181-95) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and center Szymon Lukasiak (205-87, college: Jacksonville) who added 18 points during the contest. Four Bielsko-Biala players scored in double figures. Swingman Maciej Puchalski (203-4) responded with 21 points and 7 rebounds and forward Kacper Walciszewski (197-0) scored 19 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Bielsko-Biala moved-up to second place in Group C, which they share with 4 other teams. Newly promoted Przemysl keeps the tenth position with four games lost. Bielsko-Biala will meet Tarnow (#16) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Przemysl will play against MKS DG 2 (#5) and hope to secure a win.
