Regular Season Round 7: Spisski Rytieri - Levice 73-76

The most exciting game of round 7 in the Nike SBL took place in Nova Ves. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 3rd placed Spisski Rytieri (4-3) to second ranked Levice (6-2) 76-73 on Saturday evening. American guard Davonte Lacy (194-93, college: WSU) fired 22 points for the winners. International David Abraham (193-96) chipped in 18 points. Five Levice players scored in double figures. Serbian forward Marko Stevanovic (203-94) produced 25 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Lukas Krajnak (185-94) added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Levice keeps a position of league leader. Defending champion Spisski Rytieri keeps the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Handlova and Komarno. Levice are looking forward to face league's second-placed Lucenec on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Spisski Rytieri will play against Inter Bratislava and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
