EBLK top team - Lublin (5-0) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat ninth ranked Poznan (1-4) 67-58. The best player for the winners was American power forward Natasha Mack (193-97, college: OK State, agency: LBM Management) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. Slovakian center Ivana Jakubcova (198-94, college: USC) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Four Lublin players scored in double figures. Lublin's coach Krzysztof Szewczyk allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American Danielle McCray (182-87, college: Kansas) who recorded 13 points and 5 assists and her fellow American import forward Taya Reimer (193-95, college: Michigan St., agency: Shark Sports Management) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Lublin have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. Poznan at the other side dropped to the tenth place with four games lost. Lublin will meet at home Polkowice (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Poznan will play against Katarzynki (#8) in Torun and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
