Very expected game when 12th ranked Tarbes (1-5) was crushed on the road by fifth ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (4-2) 81-50. Forward Janelle Salaun (186-1) notched 18 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and New Zealand-British Jillian Harmon (185-87, college: Stanford, agency: LBM Management) supported her with 13 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Coach Rachid Meziane's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 14 points and 13 rebounds by the former international center Ana Tadic (195-98, agency: Basket Promotion Agency) did not help to save the game for Tarbes.
