The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Polonia W-wa as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Group B. Polonia W-wa smashed second-ranked LKS Lodz in Warszawa 103-63. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of LKS Lodz. It was a key game for the top position in Group B. Polonia W-wa made 20-of-26 charity shots (76.9 percent) during the game. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Polonia W-wa (7-0) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. As mentioned above they took over a top position. LKS Lodz at the other side dropped to the third place with one game lost. LKS Lodz will play next round against Piaseczno trying to get back on the winning streak. Polonia W-wa will try to continue on its current victory against fourteenth ranked Pisz on the road.
