No shocking result in a game when twelfth ranked H.Izrael (1-4) beat bottom-ranked M.Ma'ale Adum. (1-4) in Ma'ale Adumim 89-84 on Tuesday. H.Izrael had a 39-26 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American guard Donte Clark (194-94, college: Texas Southern) nailed a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists for the winning side and his fellow American import power forward Raven Barber (206-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's, agency: Slash Sports) accounted for 19 points and 7 rebounds. H.Izrael's coach Assaf Rothenstein used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Keith Braxton (196-97, college: SFU) came up with 19 points and 9 rebounds and Barak Orion (194-98) added 15 points and 9 rebounds respectively for M.Ma'ale Adum. in the defeat. Five H.Izrael and four M.Ma'ale Adum. players scored in double figures. Despite that victory H.Izrael went down to thirteenth position due to points difference, which they share with M.Hod Hasharon and M.Ma'ale Adum. It was M.Ma'ale Adum.'s fourth loss in a row. H.Izrael will meet higher ranked E.Ashkelon (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. M.Ma'ale Adum. will have a break next round.
