Very expected game when 16th ranked Tarnow (1-7) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Bielsko-Biala (7-2) 67-49 on Saturday. Forward Robert Kozaczka (198-81) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and point guard Wojciech Zub (181-95) chipped in 26 points and 6 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). The best for the losing side was forward Dawid Lazarz (187-0) with 6 points and 17 rebounds and point guard Andrzej Schabowski (185-2) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bielsko-Biala keeps a position of Group C leader, which they share with 4 other teams. Tarnow lost their sixth game in a row.
