Very important is a home loss of third ranked Menorca (4-2) against seventh ranked La Roda (4-2) on Sunday night. Host Menorca was defeated by La Roda in a tough game in Mahon 60-64. Bahamas forward Radshad Davis (193, college: FIU) notched 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and Quim Salvans (187-98, agency: Global Sports Basketball) supported him with 7 points and 9 rebounds. Even 15 points by American point guard Jermaine Marrow (183-97, college: Hampton) did not help to save the game for Menorca. Dutch forward Logan Schilder (213-96, college: WWU) added 9 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. La Roda moved-up to fifth place in Silver. La Roda will meet at home Mollet (#7) in the next round. Menorca will play against the league's leader Benicarlo in Castellon and hope to secure a win.
