Rather expected game when 7th ranked Koping Stars (4-7) were crushed on the road by fourth ranked Boras Basket (7-4) 112-88 on Tuesday. Boras Basket made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 53.1 percentage. Boras Basket looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was international William Gutenius (206-92) who scored 36 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-93, college: Harvard) chipped in 19 points and 6 assists. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. American power forward Dominic Robb (203-96, college: Niagara) produced 22 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Liam O'Reilly (188-96, college: Gardner-Webb) added 17 points and 10 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Boras Basket have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Sodertalje. Loser Koping Stars keep the seventh position with seven games lost. Boras Basket will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Koping Stars will play against the league's leader KFUM Jamtland (#1) and hope to secure a win.
