There was no surprise when 12th ranked Crema (2-6) was crushed on the road by top-ranked Mestre (8-0) 82-63 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Argentinian center Matias Bortolin (208-93, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and guard Niccolo Petrucci (198-89) who added 13 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Mestre players scored in double figures. Lorenzo Ziviani (187-2, agency: SLN) responded with 12 points and 5 rebounds and forward Alessandro Esposito (200-97) scored 8 points and 9 rebounds.
