Very predictable result when leader L'Hospitalet (9-0) rolled over on the road 9th ranked Mataro Parc (3-6) 93-55 on Saturday. L'Hospitalet dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Mataro Parc's 34. They outrebounded Mataro Parc 43-21 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Alberto Sabariego (-3) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Albert Homs (200-94) accounted for 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Four L'Hospitalet players scored in double figures. Center Ferran Llorens (199-2) came up with 10 points and 5 rebounds and Gerard Comas (-1) added 7 points respectively for Mataro Parc in the defeat. Mataro Parc's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for L'Hospitalet.
