No shocking result in a game when eleventh ranked Iskra Cz (3-9) edged 16th ranked Tarnow (1-12) in Czestochowa 78-76 on Saturday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Iskra Cz outrebounded Tarnow 56-33 including a 37-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by guard Jaroslaw Fomiczow (192-11) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 23 points and 24 rebounds and point guard Adrian Placzek (182-85) supported him with 24 points and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds by forward Dawid Lazarz (187-0) did not help to save the game for Tarnow. Point guard Pawel Zaczkiewicz (187-99) added 18 points and 5 assists.
