Regular Season Round 10: Limoges CSP - Gravelines 61-58

Not a big story in a game when 13th ranked Gravelines (3-6) was edged on the road by seventh ranked Limoges CSP (6-4) 61-58 on Saturday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Limoges CSP shot 26 for 35 from the free-throw line, while Gravelines only scored seven points from the stripe. Limoges CSP forced 20 Gravelines turnovers. DR Congolese Yasmin Mambo (205-2) notched 13 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and Celian Eliezer-Vanerot (190-4) supported him with 9 points and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 11 points and 15 rebounds by forward Ousmane Gueye (203-1, college: Union, TN) did not help to save the game for Gravelines. Maxime Sconard (195-3) added 15 points for lost side. Gravelines' coach Bertrand Van Butsele rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Limoges CSP maintains seventh position with 6-4 record. Loser Gravelines keeps the thirteenth place with six games lost. Limoges CSP will meet Orleans (#17) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Gravelines will play against the league's second-placed Cholet (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
