Center Lucia Mendez (182-88) scored 20 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Argentinian point guard Macarena Durso (169-91) chipped in 16 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side Carla Garcia (-0) responded with 16 points and Blanca Manivesa (165-97) scored 10 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Almeria (9-1) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group A, which they share with Arxil. Rosalia lost fourth consecutive game.
