Regular Season Round 11: Asker Aliens - Centrum 93-64

Very predictable result when fourth ranked Asker Aliens (9-5) smashed at home 9th ranked Centrum (2-12) 93-64 on Saturday. Asker Aliens forced 23 Centrum turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Asker Aliens especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. The best player for the winners was American guard Joshua Hart (194-90, college: Va Intermont) who scored 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Aksel Bolinz (201-90, college: NIU) chipped in 17 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Five Asker Aliens players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Johannes Dolven (206-96, college: Barry) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and guard Simon Midtvedt (180-96) added 17 points respectively for the guests. Centrum's coach Inge-Aleksander Kristiansen gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Asker Aliens maintains fourth place with 9-5 record. Centrum lost their sixth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 12 games lost. Asker Aliens will meet at home league's second-placed Froya Basket in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Centrum will play against the league's leader Gimle BBK (#1) and hope to secure a win.
